Our brand new luxurious villa is perfectly located on a large corner plot, at the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, Orlando, less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. Three championship golf courses are within a five minute drive.
Solana Retreat has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful spacious four bedroom, three bathroom home, sleeping up to 10 guests. The villa boasts a fantastic fully equipped games-room complete with professional grade, slate bed, 8 feet pool table, PS2 Games Console with wall mounted flat screen LCD TV and table football (foosball). Flat screen TV's are installed in all 4 bedrooms, as well as 40" flat screen plasma TV in the Family Room. Step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, heated swimming pool,with ample sun chairs and loungers for 10 people, set in a larger than average extended sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation.
THE VILLA
The villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further two guests. A travel cot and linen has been provided to accommodate the younger traveller. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been fitted in the main living area and master bedroom to provide additional comfort and cool air.
The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is laid with high quality floor tiling throughout. It includes a comfortable lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for all guests. There is a superb 40" flat screen plasma TV, with Sony DVD player. Aith an assortment of films are also supplied for you to enjoy. We have also added a CD/Radio which will enable you to play your CDs from home.
FREE High Speed Internet Access is available, as well as FREE long distance international telephone calls, so you can catch up with friends at home while sitting by the pool !!.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, Refridgerator/Freezer with Icemaker, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
First Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, two nightstands, full size dresser with mirror and walk in closet. Patio doors lead onto the poolside lanai. There is cable TV and a ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. The luxurious bathroom includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience there is a door leading out to the pool area. A full size hairdryer is provided. A safety deposit box is installed in the closet, free for your use.
Second Master Bedroom
The Second bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a “palm tree theme” with a king size bed, two nightstands, full chest of drawers, large built in closet and flat screen LCD TV. An en-suite bathroom provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. A full size hairdryer is provided. A safety deposit box is installed in the closet, free for your use.
Third Double Bedroom
The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large built in closet, and flat screen LCD TV. It has been tastefully accessorised with a Disney theme, including a box full of Disney friends waiting to play !! and the kids just love it !!.
It is situated adjacent to the Master Bedroom.
Fourth Double Bedroom
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large built in closet, and flat screen LCD TV. This room has been beautifully decorated in turquoise making it suitable for both male and female guests.
Both twin bedrooms share a family sized bathroom having bath, shower, sink with vanity unit, illuminated mirror and large storage cupboard.
Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each closet has plenty of hanging space with both adult and child hangers provided.
The beautiful private pool and extended sundeck are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a few lazy hours. An outside table and chairs enables comfortable outside dining and the covered lanai provides a cool shaded area. The seven cushioned sun loungers are ideal for soaking up some glorious Florida sunshine! A fine mesh screen allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out and the opaque nature of the lower section provides privacy and seclusion. The pool and sun deck have outside and underwater lighting for those warm holiday evenings.
Pool inflatables have been included for the enjoyment of our younger guests.
We have provided high quality plastic glasses for use in the pool area as glass is not permitted.
Heating of the pool is optional, there are only a few months of the year when this is required.
Games Room
The fantastic games room has been tastefully equipped with a superb $1500.00 8 feet slate bed pool table, PS2 Games Console with wall mounted flar screen LCD TV, table football and a toy box. It is fully carpeted, complete with ceiling fan, and has a real sporty theme with sports posters, flags etc and some mind bending visuals!. There are table/stools/chairs creating an inviting, comfortable den area and fun for all the family.
Baby Package
Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. It includes crib/cot complete with bedding, high chair, stroller/buggy, activity toys, games, plastic crockery, cutlery and drinking beakers.

Our villa is fitted with a comprehensive security system which, in the case of an emergency, has a facility for you to automatically summon the assistance of the Police Department, Fire Service or an Ambulance.
Our villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting throughout.
There is a safety fence fitted around the pool to prevent small children from running or falling into the water. If you decide that this is unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed and stored in the garage.
A gated security entrance to Solana Resort is operational 24 hours a day.
