Our Villa has been professionally decorated and furnished to the highest specification throughout resulting in a beautiful spacious four bedroom, three bathroom, 2 living room home with its own private swimming pool with extended sun deck and is only 15 minutes from Disney World.

Our home is an ideal place from which to explore further afield in Florida or just relax in the peace and tranquillity of Solana resort. In less than an hour you can be on the spectacular beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Also within an hour you can enjoy the facilities of Busch Gardens theme park, American football at Tampa Bay or on the Atlantic Coast you could visit the Kennedy Space Centre where all the U.S.A. space explorations start. For the more adventurous a visit to the Florida Everglades World Heritage site or the Florida Keys are a must.

All the excitement of Walt Disney World, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal Orlando are all but a short distance away, not to mention the endless shopping, dining and nightlife of one of the world’s most magical cities. Also there are three world class golf courses within a five minute drive.

All rooms have been accessorised with floral decorations and pictures.

The pool has underwater lighting and the sun deck has outside lighting for those warm holiday evenings when you can sip a cool drink or have a swim at the end of a fun packed day.

Our home is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide additional accommodation for a further two guests. Baby equipment is available at the villa and you are welcome to use this free of charge. This includes travel cot/playpen (with bassinette) and bedding, high chair, stroller, plastic crockery, cutlery and drinking beakers to accommodate the younger traveller. We can arrange for additional cot/high chair to be hired from our local management company at a small charge.

There is full air conditioning throughout for your comfort. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. This is Florida State Law.

Smoke detectors and emergency lighting are fitted in the villa.

All linen and towels are provided (including pool towels).

The Lounge is luxuriously furnished with two sofas, one of which easily converts to a double bed, side tables and table lamps.

The dining area has a large dining table and chairs.

The family room is beautifully furnished with two comfortable sofas, side tables, coffee table and table lamps, cable television, DVD player with a selection of DVD’s for you to enjoy.

There are sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck.

The fully fitted kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender plus all crockery and cutlery. We have added a CD/radio which will enable you to play your CD’s from home.

There is a house telephone fitted in the kitchen which can be used free of charge for local calls. Long distance calls can be made by using a credit card or a phone card which can be purchased from any of the local supermarkets or petrol stations.

There is a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board installed in the double garage.

The breakfast nook has table and four chairs and makes an ideal area for breakfast, snacks or just a relaxing tea or coffee.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is stylishly furnished and has cable television, king size bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, full size dressing table with mirror and clock radio. The luxurious en suite bathroom includes a corner bath, separate double walk-in shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror, and separate toilet. A hairdryer is provided and there is a walk-in closet with security safe for your valuables and travel documents.

The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom and is stylishly furnished with a queen size bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, bedside lights and a clock radio. The luxurious en suite bathroom includes a bath with fitted shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror, and toilet. A hairdryer is also provided.

The third bedroom has twin beds, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bedside light.

The fourth bedroom has twin beds, large built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has been accessorised with Disney characters – an ideal bedroom for the younger guests.

Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom which has a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror, toilet and a large storage cupboard.

Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each wardrobe has plenty of hanging space with hangers.

The fully carpeted fantastic games room is equipped with a full size pool table, air hockey, table football and ceiling fan.

The fully screened south facing pool with table and four chairs and four cushioned sun loungers is the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks. Here’s where you cool down with an iced drink or if you decide to recharge your batteries between visits to the parks it’s an ideal place to spend a day to just relax and sample the ‘Florida Lifestyle’. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced, and if you are staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to heat the pool, this is optional and a small charge is made. The pool is fully screened and will keep bugs out but will not affect your tan! The pool has underwater lighting and the deck is also lit for night time swimming. We have provided plastic glasses for use in the pool area as glass is not permitted.

Heating of the pool is optional; there are only a few months of the year when the pool will require heating. Please enquire for cost.

There is a safety fence around the pool to prevent small children from running or falling into the water. If you decide that this unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed.

Bookings
Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights. Any extra nights are charged on a pro rata basis. The cost does not vary with the amount of people staying in the house. (Maximum of 10 if using the sofa bed)
The rental cost for this luxurious home is from £465.00 per week. A deposit of £150.00 per week is required at time of booking to secure the dates of your choice. (Non-refundable). The balance is due eight weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £150.00 is required with the balance and will be returned within seven days of your arrival back in the UK, subject to a satisfactory report from our Management Company.
Detailed directions and key collection information will be provided three weeks prior to departure date. Our home is managed by a local Management Company with offices based on the Solana resort and will assist should you have any problems during your stay. Details will be provided when directions are sent.
A welcome pack of basic foods is provided on arrival.
