Our home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana, resort-style, gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(2 en-suite) and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever.
The tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooks the pool and has a King size bed with memory foam mattress, two night stands, a large dresser & mirror, a telephone, a 19" LCD HDTV & DVD player, and an alarm clock radio. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobe with ample hanging space. A pack-n-play baby bed is provided for your convenience.
There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, an elegant dresser & mirror, two night stands, a flat panel HDTV & a DVD player and an alarm clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.
The 3rd large bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, two night stands, nice dresser & mirror, a flat panel HDTV & DVD player, and an alarm clock radio.
The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share te princess bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower.
In the den, there is a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 video rocker chairs, as well as a 26" HDTV with a PlayStation 2 game console and 12 PS2 video games.
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
In the kitchen alcove we have our own computer, with free unlimited wired and wireless Internet access. The computer has a CD/DVD drive, and other computer games.
We are well equipped for our younger guests also. We provide the use of a stroller, a high chair, a pack-n-play baby bed with a changing table and bassinet. For the toddlers we have a toddler bed rail which can be put on any of the beds. All our doors have child safety locks, the pool door is alarmed with child a security alarm (a mandatory requirement by the Florida State Law), and the pool area is surrounded by a child safe fence.
After a full day at the parks, relax in the heated, sparkling, salt water, pool, or get a massage in the bubbling spa. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the many recliner chairs with ottomans and chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are two tables for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day.
