This home boasts 2 Master en-suite bedrooms and there are two other bathrooms. The two twin rooms are also spacious with walk in wardrobes and there is a triple bunk room for the children to enjoy. Luxury bedding and towels are provided as are hairdryers and baby equipment for your convenience. The usual entertainment requirements are catered for and there is cable TV, Video, DVDs, PlayStation and a selection of games and books as well as internet access.
There is a fully fitted gourmet kitchen if you want to cook and a laundry room, so goodbye to suitcases full of dirty washing!!
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven and enough pots and pans to prepare meals if you can be bothered and are not tempted by the huge range of restaurants and take aways. There is a breakfast bar with two stools where you can grab a snack or chat to the cook whilst they are preparing dinner. Adjacent to this is the nook with a table and chairs and patio doors leading onto the pooldeck.
There is an undercover area ideal for al fresco dining and watching the kids in the pool. The pool measures 14' X 30' and has a spa attached. The surrounding south-west facing sundeck is 30' X 40' and has sun loungers around the edge. The glorious sun shines on the pool from mid morning until evening. The large corner plot, privacy fencing and planting make you feel a million miles away from the hustle of the parks and malls.
A huge bonus for your party is the free use of all the facilities at the on-site clubhouse which includes state of the art gymnasium, large heated pool and spa,ample sun loungers and cabanas, children’s play area, games room, bbq areas and internet café.
